This program will also help you become faster and more powerful. I am a college baseball player and this program has given me a noticeable jump in my exit velocities and running speeds.

This is my first program end ist really helpful cuz it’s helping so much in the gym end on the field so I can get better so I can comeback stronger end faster than before so if u wanna get stronger faster buy this program!!!

Just started the fourth program of base camp, all programs build on each other and they are put togerher precicely. The workouts are not easy but since im on the program I feel a great growth in strenght and athletic ability. I recommend it for every athlete out there , trust me it Will bring your game to the next level.

Overall it’s really great, the app is very detailed, all the exercises are very different from a normal/everyday workout plan. Definitely recommend trying it, 10/10

The best football program I’ve ever done.

I’m feeling more powerful and faster than before.
There were some new exercises in the plan for me, but there is no problem, because i could watch the instructions. Overall this is a mastepiece.
